1. Local computation (FinFlow and most PDF tools)
The financial calculators (FinFlow) and PDF tools such as merge, split, compress, encrypt, and watermark run entirely inside your own browser. Numbers you enter and files you select are never sent to our servers.
2. File processing (AI deep-parse only)
The PDF to Word / Markdown / HTML deep-parse feature requires cloud compute: your PDF is uploaded over HTTPS and relayed by our server to a third-party cloud parsing service for layout recognition. Our server acts purely as a transit channel and keeps no copy of your document. The third-party service processes and cleans up intermediate data under its own policies; the temporary download link for results is returned directly to your browser for final assembly.
Please do not upload files containing highly sensitive personal information (ID numbers, financial accounts, medical records) or content under legal confidentiality obligations.
3. Access logs
For service security, the server records routine access logs (request IP, time, HTTP status), typically retained no longer than 30 days, for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
4. Cookies and advertising
This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; you may opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings. Disabling cookies does not affect core tool functionality.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled) to understand aggregate page traffic. Analytics data is statistical and is not used to identify individuals.
6. Children
This site is a general-audience service and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
7. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Parsing-service credentials are stored only in the deployment platform's encrypted environment and never appear in frontend code.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as features change; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
